Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Shore is seeking a collaborative, community‑minded Executive Director to lead our youth mentoring charity based in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. In this full‑time leadership role, you will guide a small, dedicated team, partner with an engaged Board of Directors, and work with schools, volunteers, and community partners across the South Shore to create life‑changing mentoring relationships for young people.
